Our tool shop is fully equipped to manufacture custom plastic molds and machined steel parts, 90% of our injection molds are exported to Europe and North America. Averagely we can supply 20 sets of molds per month, first parts lead time is around 3-6weeks depends on the complexity of mold structure. We buy the mold bases from LKM and other qualified supplier, mold steel and heat treatment with certificates apply to customers’ specifications. We can make the mold weight up to 10T and minimum precision of 0.005mm.

The mold steel we normally used are 1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2083, 1.2312, 1.1730, S136, H13, P20, MOLDMAX-HH, LKM2316, LKM738H and so on, we will choose it according to our customer’s requirement. In order to lower the mold cost and increase the efficiency for our customers, we pay special attention to injection mold making process control and manufacture correctness. The less rework or mold trails make cost and lead-time less. In the past year, we had 97% positive feedback for the molds we had made.
All of the injection molds for export are delivered with 2D/3D design drawings, NC programming data contained in a CD disk. The electrodes, interchangeable inserts, wearing parts will also been sent to customer with the mold, this would help our customers to do maintenance at their facility very easy, such as modification on mold or wearing parts changing.
CNC machined parts, high precision and short lead time.
We also make precision machined parts of plastic injection mold to our customer, generally suggest to leave 0.01-0.02mm to our customer for final fitting in their own shops. We are able to make it in short lead time to meet customer’s timing plan, normally the delivery time we offered is 1-3weeks depends on the ordered quantities. Harden steel would need a little longer time. The full measuring report will be presented to customer before the delivery, we will send these parts to customers by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT or air shipping.
